Begin your yoga practice in this Yoga Foundations Series. Yoga is a practice for the body and mind and we’ll bring them together in a fun, engaging environment. This 4-week series is taught progressively, as we learn basic postures to build strength, flexibility and body awareness. Through various foundational poses, you’ll gain stability as we cover proper alignment and safe modifications. Our yogic breath practice will help calm the mind, which can lead to increased vitality. Although we’ll cover a lot, there will be time for questions, demonstration and review. We look forward to helping you build a healthy foundation for your practice. Join us!

  • Classes are held on Monday evenings from 7:30 – 8:45 pm.

Tuition: $85 + Get 2 Free Class Passes to get started.

Completion of this series will prepare students for our Gentle yoga classes, and the possibility of Yin or Basic Vinyasa classes. To prepare for other Vinyasa style classes, please consider Intro II.
