Science meets yoga.

Did you know you have three brains? This workshop is designed to deliver an experience that will change the way you think about your brain, heart and intuitive intelligences. This workshop of discovery offers an innovative blend of recent neuroscience discoveries and the ancient wisdom of yoga.

Samantha Stewart makes science simple to
understand and integrate into your daily life and yoga practice. The afternoon will consist of two hours, introducing the neuroscience of our three brains: head, heart and gut with yoga & sound healing to demonstrate how yoga serves as a powerful tool to integrate and align your three brains.

About the instructor: Samantha Stewart

Samantha StewartSamantha is our Tri Brain Yoga® West Coast Partner.  Having studied the scientific research of the three brains; head, heart, and gut, Samantha has a passion for incorporating this knowledge into Yoga practice in order to enhance self-awareness and quality of life.  She is a Certified Hatha and Aerial Yoga Instructor and she serves full time in the military where she expands her yoga, mindfulness, and resiliency teachings to Veterans.
