As we move into the heart of summer in the Pacific Northwest, with its longer days and warmer weather, we immerse ourselves in the joy of being active. We run further, stay awake longer, and go for those hikes we have been anticipating all winter. It is a time of movement, high energetic output, heat and sweat, and creation. In support of this season, we find moments to cool off and recharge, to catch our breaths and steady ourselves. These moments highlight the sweetness of the passing summer season.

Join Leah Adams and Mike Liau for an evening of rebalance and recharge. Leah will lovingly guide you through a Yin Yoga practice, which is often described as the other half to active vinyasa practices, like Power Flow and Slow Flow. Yin Yoga is a passive, cooling practice that gives attention to the slow moving tissues that provide the stability from which we can be active. Being the opposite of more active vinyasa practices, Yin Yoga will give you back energy. You will be supported and held by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and gongs as Mike provides a sound bath. The sounds and vibrations will provide you with a backdrop for the mindful and contemplative nature of Yin Yoga. Leave the evening ready to embrace the rest of summer!

Date & Time: August 21st @6pm-7:30pm
