What does yoga have to do with your hormones? Plenty! Yoga can help with many conditions related to hormonal imbalance, including: insomnia, adrenal depletion, mood swings, anxiety/depression, thyroid conditions, PMS, fertility issues, irregular cycles, peri-menopausal symptoms, and much more.

The workshop is open to women of all ages who are interested in using yoga to help maintain hormonal health. The 3-hour workshop includes the first half as presentation and discussion, and the latter half as a hormone-balancing yoga practice. We will talk about how hormones impact your physical, mental and emotional health, and how yoga can help, and then put that into practice. You will come away with information and practices you can use daily for reducing tension, improving health, and increasing energy.
