About the instructor: Andra DeVoght and Ronly Blau

Andra DeVoght
Andra’s physical therapy practice is influenced by her yoga teaching just as much as her yoga teaching is influenced by her physical therapy experience. She is trained in multiple manual therapy and movement modalities which she weaves together based on the need of the person she is working with. The approaches she most commonly uses are mindfulness techniques, osteopathic techniques of visceral and fascial mobilization, breathing exercises, pelvic floor retraining for women’s health, and the broad scope of Postural Restoration Institute techniques.

Her greatest interest is in working with people during impressionable and transformative times of their lives: childhood, pregnancy, early parenting, and when faced with illness or injury. These are powerful times for people to learn to care well for their bodies and minds.
