Yogapalooza is the largest yoga event at the University of Washington campus. It took place today and this year’s event was no disappointment.
Over 250 yogis gathered at the University of Washington’s Red Square, placed their mats on the ground and did some yoga with their instructor Emily Kasman. The square was full of yogis, booths, informational workshops and a group yoga class at the end. Yogis at UW is a group of enthusiastic individuals who organize the yearly event simply to celebrate yoga, the community, students and life overall. In partnerships with different vendors, retail companies, studio owners and practitioners specializing on different types of yoga, the event turned out to be fun and active while also embracing a healthy lifestyle.
A video of the event will be published soon. Photos from the event are available on the Seattle Yoga News Facebook page:
