Upper body strength is crucial for many yoga poses. Join us for a 2 part series where we target arms, shoulders, chest, core and back muscles. Strengthening and stretching them to build the foundation for a vinyasa ( flow) based practice. Learn safe techniques for all levels of yoga. Please avoid if you have wrist, shoulder and back issues.

This workshop takes place over the course of two Fridays:

  • Friday April 3rd from 6h30pm to 8h30pm
  • Friday April 10th from 6h30pm to 8h30pm
