Feb 28, 2015 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm| Free
A chance to experience a sample yoga teacher training class in the tradition of BKS Iyengar taught by one of his closest northwest students. Teacher Training courses are commonplace in the Seattle area. These trainings are the only ones focusing on Iyengar Yoga. Know the Difference! The afternoon will include a time to ask questions about the trainings, about Iyengar Yoga, and to experience a sample yoga teacher training class in the Iyengar Tradition.
For those simply interested in trying Iyengar Yoga and not interested in teacher training, see Trial Iyengar Yoga Classes on our website which are offered each month.
