About this Event: Join Lindsay on Thanksgiving Eve to practice with a thankful heart at One Mind Yoga- Issaquah! Invite someone you’re thankful for & join this event for an all levels Flow + Yin practice. Come as you are, do what you can, honor your body- this will be a class serving to everybody.

About this Event: Join Be Luminous for their annual Thanksgiving Day tradition. They’re excited to do things a little different this year: As a community teachers & students will come together online as a whole to connect and meditate – all in one Zoom meeting – Then they will flow; you choose between PF with Michel or SF with Phoebe. The practice will end by coming back together as one group to express gratitude.

Gratitude is a fundraiser and all proceeds will go to Real Rent Duwamish to support the Duwamish Tribal Services.

About this Event: As the leaves fall and winter draws near we’ll pause to explore the practices that help us cultivate the skills to remember our humanity, restore our bodies and minds, repair the broken trust in our communities, and help create more resilience in our lives. Join Claudette for a full spectrum, all levels practice that will open you to the energy of the day.
The āsana practice will be followed by a seated meditation and a restorative śavāsana accompanied by a healing yoga chant bath. Come clear your mind, energize your body and illuminate your blessings.

About this Event: 100% of proceeds collected from 8 Limbs Yoga’s 2020 Day of Gratitude benefit classes will be split between Duwamish Tribal Services and Solid Ground to support their missions.

About this Event: This class is a chance for all to practice together from anywhere Via Zoom. It is also a Fundraiser for The Center to help keep the Center Open During & After the Pandemic.
Build up a hearty appetite with a strong yoga practice from many categories including standing poses, inversions, back arches, twists and forward extensions.
The workshop is open to all with at least 16 Iyengar Yoga Classes, and those without serious back, shoulder, or wrist challenges.
Richard will warm you up slowly so that the sequence will be do-able by all. Don’t worry that the practice will be too advanced.

About this Event: Join Jenny for Aditi’s 8th annual Thanksgiving Day Practice from your home. This heart-opening slow flow practice will open you up to the energy of the day, welcoming in peace and connecting you with gratitude and thanksgiving. Invite your household to join in practice and ground together. The class is all levels.
This is a virtual event, registered students will receive a link to join the workshop via Zoom at least a half hour before the start of the workshop. Proceeds will go towards helping support Julie with medical costs.
